The Frieden brothers to attend AmiWest 2010!

We just got word today that Thomas and Hans-Joerg Frieden will be attending AmiWest 2010 with a working X1000 in tow. We’ll all get to see this new Amiga computer for its first-ever showing in the United States at AmiWest!

The Frieden brothers have been working diligently to produce Amiga OS4 for Hyperion for many years now. They have organized the international team of developers and beta-testers to bring OS4.x to the rest of us. Now, those of us who have never met them will be able to meet them personally. As one of those people, I will be able to personally thank them for being the catalyst for continuing to bring the Amiga to those who have yet to hear about it and use it.

I believe that many of you would like to meet them, too. Come to meet them at AmiWest 2010! Come see the latest in Amiga hardware (such as the X1000) and software October 22-24, 2010 at the new Holiday Inn Express, 2224 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95821. 916.923.1100. And watch this blog for breaking news of AmiWest 2010 as it happens!
