That means you can try it before you order one, when they become available. So come and see what a dual-core PPC Amiga running the latest version of Amiga OS4.1 can do at AmiWest!

We have ten days to go before AmiWest 2011 begins. So be sure to complete your plans to attend AmiWest 2011, the Amiga show on the West Coast of the United States of America! It’s all happening at the new Holiday Inn Express, 2224 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95821, Tel: 916.923.1100. Come see the latest in Amiga hardware and software October 21-23, 2011. I’m sure that many people think the same thing. I raised this point with the Frieden brothers at AmiWest 2010 and was told that Amiga OS4.1 does this differently, i.e., uses all available resources. So multiple cores are utilized by Amiga OS4.1. So it should be an interesting demo. BTW, the X1000 also has 64-bit capability. We hope you will be there to see it.
