AmiWest 2011 Initial Show Schedule

Many of you have been requesting a show schedule. When does what happen? So here is the first, very basic, AmiWest 2011 show schedule. It will change and grow. These times and days should be good with very little, if any, change. That said, here it is:

Friday, October 21, 2011:

Vendor Setup: 5 PM

VENDORS, PLEASE NOTE: Please enable your exhibits to be stored in a location where you are satisfied with security overnight every night. Our show hall is not secure to save funds (about a $2,000.00 savings!) See this blog for further exhibitor guidelines.

Classic clinic: 6 PM

Bring your classic Amiga equipment for repair / rehab. We will have technicians on site to help you with your equipment. In previous years, we have also had food to accompany this event. More on that later.

Saturday, October 22, 2011:

Vendor setup in the show hall: 08:30 AM

Show opens: 10 AM

Seminars start: 10:30 AM

Lunch: 1 PM

Last Seminar: 4:00 PM

Show hall closes: 5:00

Banquet: 7:00 PM, in the show hall. Speaker: Steven Solie

Sunday, October 23, 2011:

Show open: 10 AM

Seminars start: 10:30 AM

Lunch: 1 PM

Last Seminar 4:00 PM

Show endS: 5 PM

No-host dinner @ a local restaurant: 6:30 PM
