Holiday Inn Express? What happen with the Hampton Inn?
I know of at least one person who has booked a room at the Hampton for the show. Weither it was a mistake or a change, this needs to be clarified as soon as possible.

Hi Ken,
The Hampton Inn was never an option. The Holiday Inn Express is right next door. There was no plan to have AmiWest 2010 at the Hampton Inn since they lack the room to do so. Please alert whomever has done this to cancel and rebook next door.

I was noticing on the Holiday INN Express web page in the area for making reservations a field called ‘Group Code’. Would having one make it easier to book a room for Amiwest?
